Physical artworks are shipped in professional packaging with insurance included. You'll receive a tracking number once dispatched.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. The artwork must be in its original condition.

Yes, we ship worldwide with professional packaging and shipping insurance included.

Possibly, depending on your country. Original works ship from Colombia, so your customs authority may charge import VAT and duties on delivery — these are your responsibility and are not included in our prices. Prints are produced at the facility closest to you (often within your own region, e.g. the EU or US), in which case no import charges usually apply.
